Celtic knotwork, dara knotwork comes from the Gaelic word Daire for oak tree and is thought to symbolise the intricate oak tree roots, as such it is often used for strength and for wedding, marriage artwork. Perhaps for this reason it would make a good 3rd wedding anniversary stamp (3rd anniversary being leather).
A cast metal stamp that leaves a sharp clear impression when stamped into dampened vegetable tanned leather.
