Keen Edge Beveller

Keen edge beveller with wooden handle in three widths.

The 'keen' edge has a slightly narrower cutting surface and angle that makes for better control and evenness.

Bevellers are used to trim an angle off the leather edge so that as the edge is slicked and burnished it gives a round edge. These traditional wood handled tools come in three widths - the wider the tool end the large the amount of leather that is removed. A true belt maker's favorite. Excellent for trimming and rounding edges.
