Soft calf piece 3-4sf, approximately 1.0-1.1mm
usually dark brown, mid brown, tan.
Soft reversible calf, suede on one side, with a reverse side finish, often with pattern and character markings.
Various shades available from black tones to shades of browns and tans. The pieces generally have a cleaner, more useable suede side than the reverse, however as a rule both sides can be used for pouches, drawstring bags, clothing and many craft projects.
These pieces are sustainably sourced as workbench remnants from UK shoe manufacture and can have irregular shaping and very occasionally small holes which can be worked around.
Some pieces may have light pencil style lines which are the manufacturers' markings. These can easily be removed by lightly sponging off or rubbing with a lint free cloth.
